Note: If you are paying with PayPal we will only ship to the confirmed address that has been established by that account.

 

SHIPPING & HANDLING

We process orders Business Days, from Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard-Times, and exclude holidays observed by the Post Office. 

All orders shipping in the domestic US for in-stock items ship with USPS Retail Ground® and we offer Free Domestic Shipping on orders of $50 or more.

Expedited Shipping is available from FedEx. Just select one of these options at checkout. Please take into consideration that your order will ship in 1-2 business days.

 

ORDER TRACKING 

As soon as your order ships out, you will receive an email with tracking. Generally, domestic orders are delivered within 5-7 business days depending on the service you chose at checkout. 

For in-stock items, please allow up to two business days to fulfill an order and issue a tracking number. Once you receive your tracking number via email, you should expect your package within 5-7 business days.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS 

We charge you in US Dollars. 

International orders can take anywhere from 7-21 business days (depending on the destination) to arrive once confirmed in transit by our international shipping carrier.

We do not calculate or collect taxes/duties at the time of payment. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to check and abide by their country’s local regulations and policies. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to be sure the Customs Department in the receiving country permits the contents of your order to enter your country and if duties/tariffs are collected upon delivery. 

We will not provide a refund on the shipping of the package if you refuse the package or if it is refused by customs due to regulations, taxes, or duties. If the package is seized by customs for any reason and the package is not returned to us, we cannot issue a refund.

 

RETURNS / REFUNDS

Distinct Global Brands LLC, doing business as Outbreak Nutrition will accept returns if a product is faulty or is significantly different to what is described in the item description, or if the customer has selected the wrong Size/Flavor (for products that have a size or Flavor variation option). 

If an item is to be returned it must be returned in its original, sealed package and must be unused. Consideration for returned items will be given as a full refund of the purchase price or as a credit, at the discretion of Distinct Global Brands LLC, doing business as Outbreak Nutrition. 

Postage and handling costs will not be refunded, except in the case where Distinct Global Brands LLC, doing business as Outbreak Nutrition has been grossly negligent.
