Refuge - Recovery & Sleep Formula

Couldn’t think of anywhere else I’d want to get a sleep aid from. No jokes with this product- deep sleep, rested fully upon wake, no toss, no turn, helps with physical recovery too from work and gym. Don’t pass it up. Going on my third tub.

First of all, the Apple Cinnamon taste is 100% on point and amazing. I know some people say they don't care about taste, but you're lying when you say that. Secondly, while Refuge isn't helping me fall asleep faster, I have noticed that I am staying asleep a lot longer(tend to toss and turn a lot) and I am starting to waking up without the morning zombie grogginess that I use to be feeling. Right now I am trying to get into the habit of taking it regularly instead of every now and then(sometimes just plain forget) and I'll update this one once I finish it out by regularly taking it, but so far I am loving it.

I first caught wind of this product and Outbreak Nutrition by watching Twitch streamer, Swagger. I decided to visit the website and see what was available. I settled on Refuge as more than anything, I've been wanting to sleep comfortably and soundly through the night. Admittedly, I was skeptical about this product being able to help my sleep out appreciably. I remembered Swagger saying that it would be best if one could dedicate 8 hours to sleep because this stuff is powerful. He couldn't have been more correct! I went to bed after having drank a serving of Refuge and once I fell asleep, I was out for the night! I woke up feeling better than previous nights. And, through regular use, I've woken up more rested than I have in many years. Kudos to you all for developing this product. I will definitely be getting more when I start running low on my current supply.
